We design gear that’s built to last, and we stand behind every product we ship. But we also know things don’t always go as planned — so here’s where we stand on returns and warranty.

Your Right to Cancel (EU & Switzerland)

As per EU and Swiss consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This applies to all unused products purchased from our website.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Extended D-FY.IT Return Policy

Beyond legal minimums, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging (if applicable)
  • You must include your order number or proof of purchase

What’s refundable:

  • Product cost
  • Original shipping costs (only if the item was defective or incorrect)

What’s not:

  • Return shipping (unless the item arrived damaged or faulty)
  • Items that show clear signs of use

How to Start a Return

Email us at support(at)d-fy.it with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if defective/damaged)

We’ll guide you through the process. Please don’t return items without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different item, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

3-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

All D-FY.IT products come with a 3-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials, construction, and workmanship under normal use.

If a zipper fails, a strap rips, or a seam gives way — and it wasn’t your fault — we’ll make it right.

What's Covered

  • Broken zippers, buckles, or hardware due to manufacturing flaws
  • Faulty stitching or construction
  • Defective fabrics or waterproofing that fails prematurely

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. scuffs, fading, scratches)
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or exposure to extreme conditions
  • Minor cosmetic issues that don’t affect function
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Lost or stolen items

How to File a Warranty Claim

Email support(at)d-fy.it with:

  • Your order number (or proof of purchase)
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We’ll assess your claim within 3–5 business days and confirm next steps. If approved, we’ll repair the item, replace it, or issue a credit — at our discretion.

Additional Notes

  • You may need to ship the product to us (shipping costs depend on the case).
  • If the exact item isn’t available, we’ll offer a comparable replacement.
  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty claims are evaluated case-by-case — if it’s a manufacturing fault, we’ve got you covered.

After the Warranty?

We believe in long-lasting gear. Even after the 3-year warranty expires, we’ll do our best to help you extend your product’s life through repairs or replacement parts — at a reasonable cost.
